Meet the founders

While Harborbridge was officially founded in 2020, its origins date back long before that. Anna Herrington and Katie Tuite are not just co-founders and business partners, they are sisters.

With diverse professional backgrounds yet complementary skills and mindsets, Anna and Katie share a people-first perspective towards organizational culture, leadership and development.

  • Katie is a seasoned consultant and ACC-certified coach with a deeply human-centered approach to people operations, leadership development and organizational growth. As co-founder of Harborbridge, she partners with stakeholders to enhance organizational effectiveness through improving company culture and leadership capabilities.

    With an expertise in leadership coaching and learning and development, Katie is known for empowering leaders at all levels to maximize their potential, overcome barriers to success and create sustainable, positive change.

    Furthering her commitment to fostering both individual and organizational excellence, Katie actively serves on the executive committee of a non-profit focused on supporting youth and emerging leaders.

  • Drawing upon over 15 years as a distinguished leader for global brands, Anna leverages her deep expertise in people management as a partner for organizations in navigating complex change and cultivating high-performing teams through strategic human resource operations and effective leadership development.

    Anna specializes in guiding leaders' communication strategies and operational effectiveness to drive results and boost team engagement. As a coach and consultant, Anna supports organizations and their leadership to simplify people operations, enhance company culture, and manage employee performance to meet and exceed organizational goals.

    Anna is SHRM certified and was recognized with the 2015 Coach National People Development Award for her successful development and promotion of top talent and long-term succession planning.

  • Emily (they/them) is an accomplished consultant and coach specializing in creating spaces for grounded exploration, self discovery and growth. With expertise in management and facilitation, Emily has significantly enhanced productivity for many organizations by improving systems and workplace culture. As an experiential facilitator, Emily excels in leading dynamic virtual gatherings.

    At Harborbridge, Emily supports leaders through tailored leadership development programs by working closely with clients to boost communication skills, build team engagement, and create psychologically safe and productive workplaces.

    Emily is also the co-founder of Functioning Workplace Consulting, an organization that supports hybrid workplaces to be more effective through coaching, facilitation, and systemic improvements to policies, norms, and culture.
