Harborbridge partners with Strategic Business Solutions (SBS), a Washington-based consulting firm with a long history of working in infrastructure and delivering complex, multi‑million‑dollar projects. SBS specializes in project management, change management, and organizational effectiveness for infrastructure, manufacturing, construction, and transportation employers. Central to SBS’s delivery approach is a strong commitment to workforce development, with particular emphasis on project management training, adjacent project‑related skill development, and change management that supports sustainable project and organizational outcomes.

The two organizations connected through the Washington State Department of Transportation's Capacity Building Mentorship Program, which promotes the involvement of small, minority, veteran, and women-owned businesses in public works projects. Aligned by a shared commitment to this industry, the partnership brings together complementary expertise so employers can address the full range of people, leadership, and project execution challenges.
