Harborbridge partners with Strategic Business Solutions (SBS), a Washington-based firm specializing in project management and change management training for infrastructure, manufacturing, construction, and transportation employers.
The two organizations connected through the Washington State Department of Transportation's Capacity Building Mentorship Program, which promotes the involvement of small, minority, veteran, and women-owned businesses in public works projects. Aligned by a shared commitment to this industry, the partnership brings together complementary expertise so employers can address the full range of people, leadership, and project execution challenges.
How we design and deliver training.
Every engagement starts with an organizational snapshot. From stakeholder interviews to learning needs diagnostics, we build a clear picture of the skill gaps and workplace realities your team is actually navigating.
Our programs use real-world examples, not generic corporate case studies. Participants recognize the situations, which means the skills transfer faster and stick longer. Our trainers and coaches bring firsthand experience in these industries, as practitioners, consultants, and coaches who have worked inside and alongside these organizations.
Every session is structured around hands-on practice, role-play, structured discussion, and immediate application. Participants leave with workbooks, scripts, communication guides, and tools they can use on the job the next day.
When it makes sense, we build in train-the-trainer support so your organization can sustain and scale the work internally. Materials are designed for reuse, facilitator guides are built for consistency, and reinforcement is built into the program.
