Can I switch plans or upgrade/downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can switch between any of our plans, upgrade, or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle without interrupting your access.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?
We require a 30-day cancellation notice. Simply let us know, and your subscription will end 30 days from your request date. Any fees already paid will be honored until then; we do not offer refunds for partial periods.
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
No. Our pricing is simple and transparent with no setup fees, no hidden charges, and no surprises—just the flat monthly rate you see in our pricing guide.
Do you offer custom or enterprise packages?

Can I add or remove users (or sessions) mid-term?
Yes. You can adjust your number of users or sessions at any time. Any changes will be prorated and reflected on your next invoice, so you only pay for exactly what you need.
What level of support is included?
Our plans include full support, from personalized onboarding and guidance selecting learning pathways to course recommendations. You’ll have a dedicated customer success manager as your single point of contact for any questions or assistance.
