Congrats to the Leadership Foundations 2025 Graduates!
This spring, Harborbridge had the honor of launching a new partnership with Dress for Success Seattle (DFSS) inspired by a shared commitment to growth, opportunity, and community. Together, we offered our signature leadership training program, Leadership Foundations, to a select group of DFSS clients, as part of a new certificate program focused on building leadership skills that make a difference.
Over eight weeks, seven participants dove into topics like communication, accountability, motivation and positively influencing a workplace culture. They showed up with openness and courage, supporting each other while developing the tools and mindsets needed to lead with confidence and purpose.
Recently, we gathered at DFSS to celebrate their graduation. Graduates attended the ceremony and shared reflections on their journey. Their remarks were powerful and personal, highlighting the impact of the program.

“I now have a clear playbook to lead, learn, and grow — not only with my heart but also with strategies to help me succeed. I am grateful to DFSS and Harborbridge for empowering me to believe in myself and achieve my goals, especially after spending several years at home as a mom to three kids, including one with special needs.”

“What sticks with me most is the importance of community and mindset. This has been a safe space for meaningful listening and authentic connection. I’ve become a better listener, clearer communicator, more intentional leader, more present parent, and a more strategic voice for my community. I don’t know exactly where the future is taking me, but I am excited to go, and deeply grateful to everyone for believing in me and helping me build greater belief in myself.”

It was a moving reminder that leadership is not about a title but about showing up fully and leading with intention, wherever you are.
